Stress Less Week

Stress Less Week In-Person

Join the library for Stress Less Week!

Stress is a real thing! For some college students, this time of year can be neither holly nor jolly. Instead, a large amount of the holiday season is full of stress from final exams.

According to a study by MentalHelp in 2016, 89% of college students were stressed at least two to four times per semester, and 30% said they were stressed for almost the entire semester. 31% of students surveyed said finals were the biggest source of their stress (The Butler Collegian)

The library team has been in your shoes, and we want to relieve some stress. Below is a schedule of events to help you relax, prepare for finals, and take care of yourself!

  • Get rejuvenated with snacks and drinks.
